The Waring df250B professional deep fryer can handle over two pounds of food at once. It has a brushed stainless steel exterior with a domed lid. A condensation catcher is included. The heating element is 1800 Watt immersion type. The element has a safety protector.
The cooking basket is made of a heavier than is typical material which, it is claimed leads to faster cooking. Another cool feature is the handle which is cool-touch (not that revolutionary on a deep fryer) but it also collapses. This fryer has some good safety features including a breakaway flex and an overload cutoff mechanism.

The Waring Pro Cool Touch Deep Fryer has a large 0.75 gallon capacity with a large, durable single basket. Like the model described above it has an immersion heating element made from stainless steel. It also has the same removable flex and control panel. This is a very good deep fryer for all home frying.

“What a find. After my old deep fryer finally died, I searched for many days for one to replace it. None of them stacked up until I found this one. It is sealed, so no smell in the kitchen. I use peanut oil,it does not burn. The timer is a plus for the teenagers, who tend to forget when they use it on their own. There is absolutely no splattering prior to closing the lid. Love it!
